How do we work?

An example: We are hired to shoot a promotional video about Prague (capital of the Czech Republic). Before we start, we talk the 'plan of action' over with our principal. After his agree, we plan the production. Our principal pays the voyage and our stay. The days on location we do NOT bring any hours of work in charge. We re-edit the video to nice shots. Of course you will receive all these shots. We also store the shots in an archive. You can use the shots for promotional actions, internet advertising and promotion or as a video presentation at exhibitions.

As common in video, copyrights remain with HDtravelshots. This means that, after agreements with our principal about fencing the rights, we can re-use certain shots. A great benefit of this way of working is that we will shoot many more shots than needed. This gives you the chance to choose out of a larger range of shots, and results in an increase of the quality of the video, without any extra costs for you.

In order to finish the production, we need to edit the video and add the logo and effects, titles and music. These hours are additional hours. The height of these costs depend on the difficulty and size of the assignment. These are subjects that we will discuss before starting.
